It stars Steve Buscemi, who plays a homely mommas boy who ends up killing his over baring mother and then regrets it, and so with the help of some mystic powers brings her back to life only she is demented and starts to kill other people. So he must kill her again; only this time he has to cut her head off and bury it in order to undo the magic. It's a dark humor type movie made possible in the early 90s not sure.
