What is the name of this marching band song?

This is a song we used to play in band. For some reason the song has stuck in my head after all these years, but I haven't been able to find it on any midi website. This song has a marching-band feel, with the trumpets and coronets playing the melody. I'm assuming the song is over 50 years old. Anyway, if you play the following notes as quarter notes, you will approximate the melody. Notice the A sharps and that the whole song is played mainly within one octave, with the exception of the 2C, which represents the second octave.

C F F F G A #A A G F G A #A 2C 2C 2C #A A #A #A #A A G A A #A A G F G C

The melody is complemented by a simple bass line of quarter notes that repeat themselves. The bass line went something like:

C F E D C F E D <---- all within one octave

I think I remember the song would actually begin with this bass line played a few times, and then the melody would kick in.

I've tried those melody programs, but I guess these songs aren't in any of the databases.
I went ahead and uploaded a midi file for this score:

The file is safe, but if there is a more trusted way of uploading the midi, let me know.
Yes, the sharps should be flats, but I couldn't find the "flat" key on my keyboard.
