I remember used to play this fighting arcade game. I think you could choose between 10-15 characters? I played it in the middle/late 90's. All I can remember is that you could pick to be a polar bear. Maybe even just a bear. GRAHPICS were very good, espceially for its time. It wasn't flat 2D game. Very nice 3D.
Like mortal combat, i think you had to win 2 rounds. Pretty sure there was blood when you hit them. As a finishing move I bit her on her head/neck a couple times. I'm not sure if she was a woman or a mix of a woman/tiger. It might have been a 360 degree fighting game, not sure.
