ok either 80s or 90s movie..follows a privateer dirt bike rider who is starting to make it big.has like him and a girl and his buddy are the main characters..theres a rival dirt bike rider who the night before the big race he sets the hero in the storys bike on fire..so they all pull together and build him a new bike in one night pullin all these parts together, has a american flag gas tank on it.....
