This has been bugging me for ages. What I remember about it was that it was a cgi program, but I'm pretty sure that the movements of the characters were motion captured. It had these large piloted robots suits that could walk and run, but also had wheels on their feet and could motor about like that. The only character that I can remember the name of was the guy that commentated on the fights between these robots; he was called Maddox.
