it was on, i think, on ITV. it featured CGI "fighters", two of which would be selected to fight. i think they were controlled by contestants, but they might not have been. either way, they would fight in (i think) a red arena. i can remember two of the fighters- one called Pearl (i think) who was white and shiny and jumped around a lot, and was female, the other Vesuvius who looked like hot stones held together by lava in the form of a man.
