I'm looking for the name of an anime from a long time ago. This girl gets transported to another world where she attends witch school. She cant go home because the way to the real world is an ocean filled with tornadoes. She later finds that it wasn't actually the way home and to get home she has to go to some other place. does anyone have any idea what this could be?
