It's really hard to explain, the verses are just like normal upbeat rapping and then the chorus is like a load of people cheering "ohhhwheyy-yeahh"
and it is specifically saying something a long the lines of ooooh wheeyyy yeahh.
and when i say upbeat i mean it is very upbeat like something that would be played in clubs
 
I'm not sure but I think I remember one song like that a long time ago. I can only recall that it was some artist with featuring phil collins. And yeah, the main artist was rapping too. Although it was phil who was doing the chorus, not a group of people.
