It was in an interview on radio five live recently. it concerns parents that wish to discuss issues with schools with other parents without going through the school or hanging around outside school, I suppose. The lady who started it described it as 'facebook for parents', to get some publicity, but a search for this yielded many millions of hits, none of them obviously relevant.
