I know the actresses are very famous now. For some reason I have Kate Winslet in my head as one of them but I don't think that's right. They are young girls in middle or high school, they start off as friends and soon begin experimenting with each other. Their parents find out and try to keep them away from each other. That's all I can remember of the plot. I think it used to air on Lifetime or some other network like that but it was made years ago and I haven't seen it in a long time.
