what is the name of the missle that goes into tanks one side then blows

everything inside, out a small hole ..? on the other side? I'm having a memory issue and it's driving me insane!!!! help
not an rpg and wikipedia doesn't actually say it blows people out a tiny hole in the tank LOL

try this website, here are the list of Anti tank missle, you can check one by one, but curruntly army is using FGM-148 Javelin and TOW 2 Heavy Anti-Tank Missile, here is the link. check it out
