...a hott look on their whip? Ok so i have a 94 honda civic dx its pretty clean ive seen thatother street race cars have like some sort of flashing lights on them when they are parked outside a house and it adds a nice touch on these cars but what are the name for these decorative light please help.
 
Sometimes cars add lights that flash to the music, you have to wire it to your cars speaker system. More than likely you'll have to have a pretty impressive system to light lights from speaker power.

Or you could just be meaning florescent lights..(long tubular lights on the bottom and sides of the 'whip'!
