What is the name of that ironic sonnet by Shakespeare?

It goes something like:
I'd compare you're face to THIS, but it's nowhere near as beautiful.

And then in the end, he says he loves her anyway.
Thanks, but that's not the one I was looking for.
He REALLY insults the girl in the poem, calling her dull and ugly and all that..

And at the end, he twists it and says he loves her the way she is.
