What is the name of some voice to text dictation & Conversion apps for Windows Mobile 6?

looking for an app that will allow me to speak while i am driving and will transcribe it as text... Not looking for it to be able to run programs or send text messages, but if i could use it to write the body of an email or proposal while i was driving that would be great! I carry a HTC Touch Pro 2 running Windows Mobile 6.5
