The only thing I could remember is that it was about a guy who is poor who has a mentally retarted sister. The guy works as a cab driver for this rich family who has a son. The boy's sister (the mentally retareded one) was switched at birth, however, she has a son who calls her "mom." The cab guy falls in love with this girl who also works at the rich family's house. The rich family's son also falls in love with her. The mentally retareded sister who was switched at birth has a necklace which is proof of her switched at birth?
