We are trying to work out what defines the "Multiplier" within the Management rights sector?
Some are 2.5 multipliers while some are 3 multipliers for instance. What factors contribute to give the diferent figures i understand the obvious factors regarding size, condition, location etc when determining a sale price but what are these "multipliers" and how do they work?
