what is the most recent zoo opened?

just wondering, what is the most recent zoo that opened? i want to open an african themed zoo when im older, and i know it is getting harder and harder to open a zoo becuase of laws, and critisism, so i want to read about recently opened zoos to see if i can find any advice/tips on how to open one
