What is the most effective way to teach Pre-K kids numbers 1-100?

I have already taken my core classes in CD but, I'm starting a new job tomorrow. In school they taught us that children learn best through play or when they are having fun. The school that I'm going to work at emphasizes academics so its a little different then what I was taught in school. ANY help at all would be appreciated. Activity plans, games whatever
