bicycle/pedestrian friendly city. Looking to move somewhere within Canada, and I don't own a car (and don't really want to), so I'm wondering what would be the most bicycle friendly city in the country? (including riding in the winter months)
 
Ottawa, ON.Not only the most bicycle friendly city but also the most safest and cleanest city in Canada.There are thousands of bicycle parking spots all over the city and almost every public transit bus has bicycle racks. Also, there are hundreds of kilometers winding their way throughout the entire city.
