...from the belly besides cardio ? Actually I've a perfect body, but I still have my belly ans this is killing me. I spent too much money in products that "work for real" , but not for me. I use to do cardio everyday + weights + have an amazing diet, so I eat well also ... but ... u know, what can I do exactly for eliminate my belly ? PLEASE ...
