What is the minimum initial velocity for the bullet to clear the cliff?

A cannon, located 60m from the base of a 25m tall cliff, shoots a 15kg bullet at 43degrees above the horizontal toward the cliff.
 
if its fast, .... it'll keep going til it hits space and disappear like all the bullets.
