...have sex? I'm 17 and she's 14, i'll be 18 soon. And if it only applies to a sexual relationship than we don't even have to worry about that cause we're not having sex until she's 18. So sex laws do not apply, is there an age gap law for a non-sexual relationship?
 
Screw what everyone is saying about age, it is your choice, however you can get into trouble if you have sex with her and her parents don't approve. The law is different everywhere. Be careful though, use protection and treat her right and you should have NO problems, MAKE SURE IT IS OKAY WITH HER PARENTS FIRST. Goooood luck, best wishes (:
 
In most states the legal age to have sex is 16 for both guys and girls. However, if one of you is over the age of 18, that is illegal.
As for dating, there doesn't seem to be any rules against it unless there is sex involved.
