I know Mon-Sat are regular training days but someone told me that you have sundays off is that true and if so what do you do? I just need some info on it and some tips on what to take and do's and dont's. Also is it true that they deprive you of food and sleep while you are there. Just fill me in on what I have in store for me> Thanks
