I am doing some shopping .. I am looking to trade in my 2008 Volkswagon Jetta for something a little less "high maintenance." I have heard mixed reviews on Jeeps .. things such as "time bombs" and that they're a transmission nightmare? I just want a few suggestions. Also, in the past I had a Toyota 4Runner - and I wish I never got rid of it.. So, Jeep vs Toyota - which would be in my best interest?
What is the maintenance like for a Jeep Liberty, Compass or Laredo?
