investigation? Just wondering because my sisters friends brother was detained for seven days! And he wasn't allowed to make a phone call or nothing. Even when his mom called they told her he wasn't there. And it wasn't until she threatened them with a lawyer they admitted he was there and they released him right after. Also they wouldn't let him use the phone to let her know where he was. So i was just wondering?
