A bicycle has wheels with a diameter of 0.610 m. It accelerates uniformly and the rate of rotation of its wheels increases from 201 rpm to 290 rpm in a time of 18.9 s.

Convert rpm to rad/s.

v = at

From that, you can figure out the angular acceleration.

angular acceleration = translational acceleration / radius
