What is the likely hood of me getting into a good University?

Well, i am in grade 8 and my grade average is currently 79.2% and i am hoping to improve my grades to become a physician. I do pretty well in many subjects like music (100%) science (82-83%) and math (82%-90%). If there are any good Universities that fit this description please tell notify me.
 
Your in f*cking 8th grade. Go stick to your science projects. You didn't even start your profile for college. Just do good starting from 9th grade and on.
