he got the girl to give the stuff back to the lads and was arguing with her tellin her shes in the wrong, ive spoken to the lads it happened to and they all said he was trying to stop her

a friend of mine (20 year old male) was with his friend (19 year old female) when she robbed a few young lads on a park of there money and i-pod phone my friend did't take part but was present the witnesses have said he tripped one of the lads up and made sure he didnt move whilst the female beat him with a stick, although he did'nt he picked him up and told him to go. the girl has pleaded guilty to 2 robberies and a assault with intent to rob and the male has gone agaisnt his barristers adive and pleaded not guilty to all 3 charges, hes got a trial in july and i was wondering if hes got any chance of winning his trial and what sentence are they looking at he will be getting sentenced with the female if he loses his trial it is his first offence, ask me if you want anymore details
