...be asked to leave at anytime? hi i am having trouble with my landlord,i live in mass. and i am a tenant at will,recently me andy fiance separated and we have been trying to make things work,she is living at another residence but stayed overnight a few days ago.the next morning i was informed that sh was no longer allowed to sleep here,what is my legal right about this matter.thank you
 
It depends on your lease agreement. See if it mentions visitors restrictions on (company/overnight stays). Some places have rules like this. It's usually for lengths of time the visitor can stay for.
