I recently grounded my daughter who is 14 for back talking. I took away her cell phone and laptop computer and told her she is grounded from seeing friends. She went back to her Mothers and her Mother bought her a new cell phone and allows her to talk on it and use the computer and see her friends there. I called the sheriffs department and they said they can do nothing about making her come to my home. What are my options?
