I have a viscious dog in my backyard. I posted several signs around the fence say BEWARE OF DOG yet alot of neighborhood teenagers defiantly climb over my fence to retrieve balls. What they do is one boy distracted my dog long enough for the other to retrieve whatever fall into my yard. It is such a huge yard that they can do that and so far nothing happen but eventually I am afraid something will happen. I already told them that all they have to do is ring the door bell then I will be glad to retrieve the ball for them but these hard head boys just ignore me. I am tired of them so my question is if they trespass and get bit by my dog. Do I get in trouble for it?
