What is the law in Victoria regarding neighbors and loud doof doof music? ?

My next door neighbors play doof doof music and its really annoying the crap out of me, they dont play it 24/7 but do play in long periods of time. I am wondering what/if there are any restrictions in the Australian law regarding this. Something like the max dB limit allowed in the neighborhood, and like if they exceed it what are my rights?
