I am 21 and I got a 16 year old pregnant. She told me she doesnt want me to be apart of the kids life so I left it alone. A few weeks ago she called me and said now she wants child support...which is fine I don't mind paying. She said she want to do it under the table and not go through the court. She only wants 200 a month. Im curious if its a good idea to do this under the table. Also if I take a paternity test and the kid is mine (which im positive it is) will she be able to screw me over and take me to court to try and get more money out of me. Shoudl I just not take the paternity test and pay the 200 a month and be done with it. im really confused about the whole thing as far as the law goes.
