What is the law in GA regarding the return of an engagement ring when the

engagement is off? The girl is pregnant. With their off and on relationship over the last couple of years, he is a possible father. Their are several other possibilities. He is paying for a DNA when the baby is born. They got back together because he thought he could be with her until then. He couldn't handle it and broke off the engagement, for now anyway. Is she supposed to return the ring?
 
Yes because it is considered a conditional gift. The condition of the gift is marriage. Because that condition was not met, the ring legally belongs to him should he request it back.
 
I'm not sure exactly what the law is there, but he broke it off so she can keep the ring.
If she broke it off she must return it.
 
I only know girl law. She can do whatever she want's with it.
Plus who wants to walk around pregnant with no ring.
