...have in the car at 1 time.? I know that i can have all family members in the car but does that include cousins or not. and the other day my friend said that 16 year old driver can have as many poeple in the car after 16 1/2 years of age and i dont think that is right.
It depends on the state that you live in. I live in PA and I can have as many people in the car as there are seat belts. Most states don't have restrictions, but some states do.
you can have 1 non related person in the car after 16 1/2. if you have any family member over 21 you can also have as many people in the car. cousins DO count as family members
