what is the latest firmware/software version for nokia 5800 express?

Hi, i currently have version 31.0.101 installed on my nokia 5800 express
Are there any newer versions?

if you have a bit of time, could you also explain to me all this update stuff? its confusing to me as i just got the phone.
for example, i have no idea what the difference between software version and custom version is :s
