A Allan C Guest Oct 8, 2008 #3 I don't understand? If it's a 15 inch rim the inside diameter is 15 inches! If your talking about the opening in the center of the rim where the wheel bearing dust cover comes through, just measure the other rim or the dust cover on the hub assy.
