What is the HTML code used to stretch all images to the same size on Tumblr?

I increased the general size of images to 600px, but ones that are initialy smaller than that come up smaller on my blog. I know basic HTML, but not sure how to make it so that even smaller images are expanded to 600px once posted (this is what used to happen with my old theme).

I am using 'Clear Theme' by Parti.
