What is the html code for inserting my website into my emails?

I am using Thunderbird and would like to add a 'mouseover' phrase to the bottom of my emails. Can this be done? What is the string of html code that will solve this? Putting my email address on the webpage is simple but the reverse is beyond my knowledge. I've found the code for inserting the webpage if I were using Outlook but come up empty when searching for Mozilla Thunderbird.
