The 100 trillion is the biggest number on a note.

The largest bill in US history was a $10000 bill.

In largest note (value) in circulation at the moment is a 500 euro note.

100 trillion dollars note was this year in Zimbabwe, but I am not sure, if there is any higher note, for example from Germany in the first half of 20th century,
