What is the first year that dodge vipers had 600 hp?

I was looking at afew and saw that the 92 only has 400 and the 2000 only has like 500, And here soon Im coming apon a great ammount of money and Im buying a viper and I want the full 600hp straight up, thats what I want
 
why not go with the shelby viper it has 1000 HP and a six speed as well. 07 was the first year for the 600 and the 1000 hp but the 1000 hp are very hard to find, good luck.
