One coil goes to #1 & #4 cylinders.
The other coil goes to #2 & #3 cylinders.
Stretch out the wires - the longest wire will go to #1 or #4
The other coil is used for the #2 & #3 cylinders.
Guardrail is right. Also, there is no firing order. The plugs on 1 & 4 fire at the same time, as do the plugs on 2 & 3. The ignition wastes a spark at the top of the exhaust stroke that way, but it saves them the trouble of a distributor or four coils.
