What is the fastest way to dry a plaster of paris sculpture?

I have a small plaster of paris sculpture due for my class in 5 days, and I need it to dry very quickly so that I can sand it and turn it in on time. I have had the project in a plastic bag for a week now while I worked on it so that it wouldn't dry out and now I am finished and need it to dry ASAP! Any suggestions?!?!?!
