I have a 308mb .flv file I want to know what is the fastest way to convert this file preferably a online converter but i searched google and only saw 200mb file converters and you need a premium account to get more than that but a downloaded one is fine as long as it doesn't have any free trials, ads or makes your video quality all pixelated and stuff
