my hair is like frankie sandfords right at this minute, im always dying it aswell..i really want it long now for prom im wanting the cheryl cole look that she is now with that redish brown colour aswell. im gonna get hair extensions but i want/need to grow my hair aswell to give it a better appearance when putting hair extensions in
 
Hair grows fast when you keep it healthy by eating nutritious foods and by not introducing to much chemical to it. Furthermore, you must have it trimmed (3 to 4 cm) once in a while so as to remove the damaged ends of the hair.
