Does it include co-pays for office and prescription medications? Are braces included? I have compiled over $16,000 in co-pays and prescription over a seven year period. Was I suppose to notify father in advance or soon after of expenses? I didn't start requesting reimbursements until June 2009, will the court find that unreasonable? Does the unreimbursed medical expenses have to be in a proper format? All I have is copies of checks showing co-pays and RX receipts.
