what is the easiest way top take the ultinator out of a pontiac montana?

I have taken plenty of ultinators out but this one seems way to complicaited to get out, I just was wondering shoud i take it out from the top or under the van
and it is all the way by the dashboard, and even morte there is no way to get through it from the inside ............ughhhhhhh
