What is the diffrance in a 5.3 and a 6.0 GM eng. block intake ect.?

I need to know all of the diff in the 5.3 and 6.0Gm engs. Block heads crank any thing that is diff. and where I can buy a set of 4.56 gears for front and rear of a 2001 Chevy sub. with possi in the rear.
