can somenone tell me the difference in terms of RDA intake?
i already know the examples each of them so just wanna know the threshold that limit the usage of the term micro and macro..i mean eg above 100mg we call macro or below 100mg we call micro
just wanna tell all of u my frens that joint between incus and stapes is ball and socket joint subtype of synovial cause before this i asked this question but nobody gave the rite one
