What kind of features would you not get in a AUS$500 road bike that you would get in a $1000 road bike?
really, what makes the more expensive bikes worth it, and is there anything wrong with the $500 option?
It is not to be used for racing, just kind of distance riding sort of thing. I'm a teenager who is a constant cyclist for getting EVERYWHERE.
it's really the $500ish price range, or nothing, as i don't have any more. Just want to know if this would be worth the money, and if it would be a step up from a very very very old road bike i currently.
